This game to me is addicting and fun but now, idk why but I can't get into my game easily like before. I have been getting cut of to get in all sudden.
The updates are ridiculous. At least once a month we are forced to update in the play store and several times a month it's an in game update that takes forever. And they use huge amounts of data. There has to be a better way than this. And the game has become more and more unstable. I get the "unknown error" and "unstable network" alerts all the time. It's a fun game but the updates and buggy connection issues are sucking the fun out of it
The panda is cute and the puzzle is brain teaser.:-) there are stability issues after each update, and its getting worse. After yesterday updates, both my wife and myself can't even proceed to start level 2227. Now i can't even play the game after a number of login issues. The available hearts keep on reducing although i can't even play the game in the 1st place. What a letdown time after time, and each update rendering the stability issues even worst. After changing phone, kept kicking me out.
All the ad video is not working and cannot earn rewords.
The game itself is really good and quite interesting but their technicians are not. So many problems appear and don't even try to fix them. And the bad thing is I bought some items from this game and it only gave me one item ( there are 3 items in the package). I tried to contact their customers care and the reply was they have already gave me everything. That's it. Not helping at all. Really bad service. Beware when you decide to buy some items from this game.
I love this game so much! But the loading is killing it! Everytime when I opened it, it took forever get into the app. Also, I will play more if it loads faster and it would b perfect if this is an offline game.
